A blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 15% Bouzy red wine (of which around 40% reserve wine) and a dosage of 55g/l make this champagne the very expression of gourmandise.

On the palate, notes of red fruit, exotic fruit and mint combine divinely with its sweetness.

Maison Veuve Clicquot's Rich Rosé champagne is designed to be served and enjoyed chilled (to 4°C) or on the rocks, as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to a meal, with smoked salmon, sweet potato, yakitori chicken skewers or a spicy fruit salad.
